- Take bookings

- Receive the diners

- Deal with complaints

3. A receptionist at a company

- Check visitors in and direct them to specific destination.

- Answer phone calls.

III. Service staff and customers

1. Doorman and Porter

2. Chamber Service and Other Services

3. Waiter / waitress and customers

- Take an order.

- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.

- Deal with a complaint.

- Help customers for paying bills.
